The service is completely free from all major UK mobile network and won’t show up on phone bills. 
SHOUT’s volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can help with issues such as: 
● Anxiety ● Bullying ● Depression ● Loneliness or isolation ● Money worries
● Relationship problems ● Self-harm ● Stress ● Suicidal thoughts or feelings
