We have referral system in place for joining our groups.

Please use one of the forms provided below. It can be printed out and returned by post or downloaded and emailed back to info@expressgroupfife.org.uk

Once referred to us the person will be visited by staff to explain our service more fully and make an assessment of the persons suitability for our service. If suitable, the person will be invited for an initial free visit to the chosen group when they can decide if they feel it is for them. If not suitable, we will try to help the person with getting support from other services.
