Referral forms can be downloaded from HERE or requested from the office info@expressgroupfife.org.uk.
Activities will be decided by the participants but other groups play board games, do arts and crafts, do crosswords/word searches, play bingo or just sit and chat with old and new friends. Light breakfast of toast and tea/coffee and lunch are also provided.
There is usually a £4.50 charge per meeting but we got funding to help setting up so the fee will be waived in Methil till April 2023.
